There was data but no official report. Even if there was, you would not want to cite it anyway, since they gave us the SODAR equipment through the summer when the winds are traditionally light. Also, the airport is sited where it is because it is less windy there than up on the ridges.
An anemometer cited up on a ridge at the South end of Shasta Valley would be a better test, especially through Fall and Winter. Good luck with it!
