Upcoming Intro to Sustainable Energy course

The UAF Bristol Bay Campus is offering ENVI 220: Intro to Sustainable Energy (3 credits) this spring semester beginning January 19th.

This course focuses on energy use and production in society.  Problems discussed are mainly related to the extent of sustainability of current practices.  The emphasis of the course is on solutions which revolve around energy efficiency and specific renewable energy technologies.

Lectures are scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday nights 6:50pm-8:20pm and are available online.

Scholarships are available to cover tuition.
