Port Moller, AK Wind-Diesel System -Tested in 130mph winds and -30 degrees!

Summer 2011, Alaskan Wind Industries installed a 6kW Wind Turbine in Port Moller Alaska. This wind turbine was tested in over 130mph winds and -30 degrees last month and produced an amazing amounts of energy for this lodge. Beautiful Picture of a Proven 6kW in the Kenai Peninsula of Alaska

This Proven produced 126kW in one day in March! We are excited to see what this unit will produce in October of 2011!!:) The AKWI Team installed this turbine that looks over the cook inlet.
