The push to lower the oil tax is going to be heating up in the coming months as the state legislature amps up for the legislative session.  The U.S. Supreme Court decision giving corporation's First Amendment Rights will be used to the corporations advantage.  I don't agree with reducing the oil tax based on; 1. Profit margins the oil companies enjoy.  The oil companies have enjoyed record profits. The last thing the oil companies need is an incentive to make more money, besides alternative…
