 ding 90% of the country's estimated tidal potential, 50% of its wave p
 ower potential and a large swath of places with world class wind. Th
 ese resources offer a huge opportunity as a potential source of power 
 for Alaska. But many of these resources are effectively locked away,Â
  located in remote areas far from transmission lines and population c
